The venue is rentable at the following times:

• School Days (Mon - Fri) = 4:00pm - 10:00pm
• Non-School Days (Sat / Sun / School Breaks) = 8:00am - 10:00 pm
   

You may not enter the venue unless you have booked a tour, have an in person meeting or are connected to an event in progress.

Yes! However, they're only individually available so long as there is not an event taking place in the Auditorium. The Auditorium’s entrance doors and lobby overlap with those rooms. Therefore, we cannot accommodate the use of both spaces independently.

Yes. However, the Athletic Department manages gym rentals. Events Center Staff does not oversee these spaces nor their scheduling. Therefore, availability cannot be confirmed until the request receives approval.

Sort of. There is a garage door that opens into our stage left storage area. Dimensions are 10ft H x 10ft W. It’s a flat loading dock so you must unload trucks via a ramp or lift gate. Access is via a 90-degree turn. The drive is one-way in & out. Parking is only allowed during active load-in and load-out. Trucks longer than 20ft can only back into the L. Cases must be pushed the remainder of the drive.
 
Access is limited to crew and vendors only. Performers and their agents are prohibited from using the loading dock.

Yes, under some conditions. All equipment must be approved by the Theater Manager in advance for safety and compatibility concerns. We are a dead hung space with no fly system. Please plan accordingly.

Yes! Food trucks are only allowed at the Renter's request and are subject to prior approval by the Theater Manager. Arrangements made by any other party will be turned away.

Food trucks can park in the parent pick-up lane or the surface parking area outside the Events Center during non-school hours only. They must be up to date with licensing and permitting for Adams County.
